What would you all pay for a 1999 f250 super duty 7.3 diesel with 140K in excellent condition?

My old boss give $2k for one with more miles a year ago.

Rusted and falling apart. If someone let a GOOD or better condition 1999 Power Stroke go for 2k they were robbed.

Nope body was perfect. He has out about 4k into mechanical work since he got it though.
