Thanks!
They were pretty darn good. I about lost a finger getting between my son and his ribs!
I don't cook very often, so I thought I'd throw a pic up here..., And,...it looks better than what I normally eat when the wife's out of town! ;)

Yep!...Microwave.
It's bad ass too. Tell ya what, go getcha a slab of ribs, get 'em all rubbed down then let them sit overnight. The next day,...about an hour before dinner time,...pm me and I'll tell ya how long and what setting. ;)
Just in case,...have one of those Banquet dinners handy...

Actually, I have one of the old Oklahoma Joe smokers. The one that's built out of 1/4" iron. There are a lot of better smokers out there now, but that one fits our needs pretty well. It's a little small if I'm cooking for a big party, but I usually manage.....Or, borrow my brother in law's "Good One"!
Now THAT is one heck of a smoker, but too big to just fire up for a slab of ribs.

I went to a place called Rudy's tonight. It was ok barbecue, wife's brisket sucked but my pulled pork sandwhich was good. They had late 80's wrestling on one of the tv's which is an automatic +10points for me. While drinking my first shiner bock I watched "hacksaw Jim Duggan" whip some serious ass. 4 outta 5 stars.

In Buckeye, AZ. Advertised as "real Texas BBQ" I liked the sauce and the pulled pork sandwhich. Coleslaw and potatoe salad were good also. I didn't taste it but the wife's lean brisket was "too smoky" as she puts it. I will be going back.

It's different than most places as it's more a spicy bbq. Get the cutters instead of lean much better.

Will do. I liked it I will be back. The wife, not so much. But then again she doesn't like anything the first time

I don't get over the border much. I don't think I have been to Kanab. If you get to the AZ side head into Williams it's only an hour or so from the Canyon and eat at Rolandos. That is some bomb ass Mexican food.

Lay some bacon on top of there before you throw it on the grill. And a lemon slice.

I will add capers and just a little bit of lemon zest are excellent on salmon.
