Heard dat. I hate when ALL the damn bills hit on one paycheck tends to happen once every 4 months or so and it blows. Right now mine are so spread out its hilarious. Dumped most of my check this week into savings .

Wife gets paid every two weeks but there's two months she gets three checks so those are fat no deduction checks. That's when we pay up ahead on bills. Seems different but keeps us from getting that once a year tsunami of bills all at same time.

Mines mainly pay with very little room for play. But "play" to me is putting the leftovers in savings and watching that number grow. I'm not a total cheap ass though. When things are going good I will splurge on stuff I want and also stuff the wife wants.

My brother in law has 5 of those pecans laying around said he couldn't drink them so I never tried them. Will give a shot if you say it's good. They make one here, 512 Pecan Porter, that you can only get on tap. Hands down my favorite beer.
