I've had good luck with gortex and Columbia. My decoy gloves have been better than the neoprene ones I had before them.
Neoprene gloves are better than anything for 6 months of use then they all fail. I think they just have too many small seams to work out.

A motorboat less than 26 feet with a hand tiller outboard motor in excess of 10 horsepower designed to have or having an engine cut-off switch must have the engine cut-off switch link attacked to the operator, the operator's clothing, or the operator's PFD, if worn, while the motor is running and the vessel is underway.

Had both and both leaked sooner than later. These don't and won't:
Less than $4 a pair, a damn sight easier to slip onto cold hands, and if you pony up another $4 for military wool liners, a damn sight warmer than neoprene or gortex/thinsulate gloves.

Damn that's awesome. I rode Flint's this summer and they were a blast. I've never been on a stand up though.

Standups are a blast. Takes a little while to get used to, but a lot of fun once you figure them out.

I'd fall on my ass and never be able to get back up. I'm tall and goofy with no coordination.

They aren't that hard to ride once you figure it out. Best part about falling is you're on water...Hard to get hurt on it.
