Pretty damn good. I gotta get acquainted with it a little better though as far as temp control. I've just been so used to my UDS controls and it's a really quirky machine. This being so straight forward messed with me.
Next will be a pork shoulder.

Those were purchased, but iced gigged a few big enough to eat in the past.
