I actually raked for a good 3 hours today. That's a good shoulder/back warmup

Funny thing about raking, it must use muscles that are not incorporated in ANY other exercise known to man. No matter what kind of shape you're in, or how much you work out, raking will always make you sore. Odd that way.

Yup, and every time I rake. Those muscles never "break in". Same goes with shoveling for me.

I'd out rake AT and out shovel Eric until they found the leaves were 100's and the stuff we're shoveling is gold. Then they'd be like...superhuman. lol
