Eric is right, did I say that? Anyway, I had the WFF and the DHC travelers in the same week a couple years ago. I spent $17 for the DHC traveler and $100 bucks for UPS to get the WFF to Olly for Flints bachelor hunt. The DHC deek made it to it's destination first.
If I had it to do again I would probably pay second day through USPS for $50 instead.
I have been shipping the deeks on Tuesdays because my work schedule doesn't let me hunt the weekends, for the most part. USPS has gotten it there by Friday in all cases and on both coasts.

I never knew you spent that much money on shipping that decoy. You should have told me man, I would have thrown in on it. Shoot me a PM and I will still do that.

That wasn't the point of my post. Thanks just the same.
I was just trying to help with Eric's point.

Smew's my huckleberry this weekend, then it will ride along to the UP of M for the following weekend.

No one is slotted for the weekend of Nov 1. If no one calls her I suppose she can stick around for the big Halloween push.

PM if anyone wants it for that weekend.

I see firstflight missed the post margin at signup time, but he's well qualified now.

If there's no objections I can always send it off to him?

I'm good with it, oh and the wood for that bird came from a fella that lives up at the UP of M

I posted earlier that I would take it that weekend, but forgot about it. That is of course, if firstflight doesn't want it.

At this rate someone is going to get hit with a purse.

Lets see what firstflight can do with Smew. More guys that get to hunt it the better, I say. You'll want it worse in January when the meat starts to stack up down there, Jerry.

Firstflight, PM your info and I'll get to you for Halloween weekend.

Everyone asks that.

It just your standard 10.5 kayak. I think the brand is Perception, but I painted over the label long ago.

Rolls like a dream on that deer cart though. The push to that spot is 1.5 miles and I don't even think twice about it.

I thought it was a Yak, they make great hunting and fishing platforms.

I only brought a dozen decoys with me, figuring that was already too much, but I could probably haul 20, a spinner, and everything else I need dry and secure in that thing. It is pretty slick. So easy to hide as well.

Just a heads up, I repainted some of my old decoys all white and hunt with them.and kill birds over them all the time. We have lots of farm ducks and people let them go on the bigger lakes.
