And maybe a female cohost, it would be nice to have a woman in the show also.

I always liked how the host of Migration Nation always shot that old SBE with most of the blueing worn off. Can't stand shows that are an infomercial about the latest gear that their sponsors are pushing.

Sorry that I asked for some opinions. I thought I would get some good input but I can see that's not going too happen. I'll try to find a site with some ADULT conversation.

High there, my screen name is legend waterfowl and I would like to introduce my self and tell you a little about myself..........oh, fuck that, what would you like to see on TV?

I would say you asked for exactly what you got.

I think you got a lot of opinions and some really honest answers. Now, it appears that you don't like our answers to your questions. I'm sorry, but there were some good ones. You are right, maybe you should find someone else to help you make the same hunting show that everyone else is making. If you dare to be different, we are here for you. We hunt and have fun. We don't take things too seriously around here. If you want to make that show, not what everyone else is doing, come on back. We are full of ideas.

Oh, and welcome to the site. Thanks for the great intro and letting us know a little bit about yourself and your project. You obviously took a long time looking into this site and how things roll around here before posting your questions.

By the way, there is a Greenhorn Forum, where all questions are taken very seriously. Good luck to you with your hunting show! Can't wait to not see it.

Legend Waterfowl wrote:When you're watching a waterfowl hunting program what is most important to you?

Is it ethical hunting with constant in-your-face action?

How about a show that the host takes other hunters and the show is based on their emotions?

Ok, let me apologize on behalf of the immature posters here at WF.net. Most of us don't like hunting shows because they are shitty. They have shitty calling, shitty decoy spread placement, shitty products you don't need that they pitch at you like a drunk ass Nascar driver naming sponsors, shitty music that covers up the "real sounds" of the hunt, shitty shooting, shitty shot taking and the list goes on. If you can capture the real hunt of people that know how to hunt with good quality camera work and proper hunting, maybe you would have something. Most tv show hunts are canned hunts that cost a fortune to put them on the X. If it wasn't for that they wouldn't have a chance in the real hunting world. Watch a Chad Belding video and it is what I am talking about, they suck, although they did shoot pretty good in one I did watch. Good luck. And once again, I apologize for the immature responses of some on this forum and I do hope you stick around and join the fun
