I believe I saw it in the other site a while back, and I think the credit is due to one of the Inda's. They said the way to go was to throw a string over a branch and attach a hanger to it and place your decoys on it. Supposed to pull it up so it is just underneath the lowest hanging branch, supposedly dove magnet. Never tried it myself, but sounds kind of similar and I'd imagine it works pretty well.
