Hudson's Bust

Postby RickC » Tue Jun 03, 2014 4:44 pm

As the winner of the auction for the traveler Hudson was offered a bust of his choice of waterfowl. He has asked for a Green Wing Teal and this is what I finished up this morning. As soon as the paint is cured I'll box it up and mail it off to Louisiana
Carved out 2 pieces of basswood, acrylic paint and tohicken glass eyes.

Couple more days of curing and it'll be on its way to your shelf. Appreciate the comments everyone.

When it didn't take off for 18 pages in a day like a moob thread would on this board, I figured it was safe to open.

Nice work, RIck, and congratulations, Hudson.
