1st Mallard Hens

Postby RickC » Wed Sep 02, 2015 9:30 am

These are 2 mallard hens that were part of a 3 bird commission that the buyer flaked out on before they were painted. These are the first mallard hens for me. Both are being donated. One to the Foundation for Exceptional Warriors and the others going to Delta Waterfowl in Deleware.
Hollowed Northern White Pine, artist oils and comp grade glass eyes. The shine will dull out with some time in the sun.

When did you get a brand?

I am interested in where you got the brand. I need one for my bee hives so I can burn something into them in case they get stolen so I can prove it's mine.
Nice decoys by the way.
