Don't know. I put about 2k into mine over a year when I bought it.

Good thing is I don't have to build a blind and it's got a good motor. The last thing I wana be doin is selling and buying outboards again. What a fuckin ordeal owning 4 outboards in less than a year. Only good thing is I'm now an expert on small outboard values.

Time to get this project back rolling again.
Ordered my glass and resin last night. Guy at US Composites was super helpful. Got 6 yds of 50" 1708 biaxial glass and two gallons of marine grade resin. Polyester not epoxy.
All that should be in either Monday or Tuesday.
After I get that finished I found this stuff over at "the other site" for a floor covering. Now I'm still planning on going with a rubberized coating but for the floor and rear seat in going to cover it with this diamond plate EVA floor mat.

I'd say it's a super cheap alternative to hydro turf except it doesn't come in camo. Only black diamond plate. But it's the same material (Eva foam) and at a fraction of the cost. I paid $19 for a 4x8 sheet. You can get it at sears, tractor supply, and for you northerners it's only $14.99 at rural king. I may or may not paint a little camo stencil on there. Idk yet.

It is good stuff. Had a buddy put some in his boat and glued it down. It will get waterlogged but drains well. His tore in a couple of places and it was a major pain to rip out, I just laid mine in boat without glue, been two years and no problems. Plus if mine gets soaked I just pull it out and hang it up. It's dry again in 30 minutes.

Already threw it in the boat and walked around barefoot on it. Felt real nicey nice on my wallet and my feet.

Actually takes a lot to get just soaked. If you forget to pull your plug and it rains, we have all done that, it may take a little while to dry. I hunt with a dog getting in and out along with a decoys and yourself if you timber hunt and I like it. I don't have a covered garage so I will spray it down with a rubber protectant a few times a year, and it seems to help.

What kind of rubber protectant? Armor all ? I heard the sun will break this stuff down.
I do have a shed I park mine under though and a canvas roof that snaps on to the boat. So I'm probly good there.

Mine has faded somewhat but cannot tell a real difference in feel or brittleness? I use Lucas oil interior detailed. I think that it's it. Same thing as armor all I'm sure. Only use the Lucas oil because I get it from work.

Got bored and started experimenting. Keep three things in mind. 1.) I'm going for UGLY with this paint job. 2.) im going to brush the boat up pretty heavily anyways to match surroundings . 3.) after a little thought. I started wondering why people in the south paint their boat green and go sit it next to a red clay river or lake bank. So I got some rusty metal primer and went to town with a stencil I made. Here are the results. I'm going to add in a little bit of grey primer with another stencil to break it up.

Same pattern different colors now.... Wish I woulda just left well enough alone and left the grungy old fades green paint on it. Now it looks stupid.

Maybe a orange that isn't as bright and use it as a base. Then blend some tan over it to make it not so harsh then light stencil over it?
