I have family not far from Tyler and they have had a tough season out there has that been the case in most your area?

BTW, I should have put that in quotes because there are some small refuges, but it is the large number of parks and retention ponds in the housing developments that are off limits. It is not common for me to see more ducks sitting on the pond across the street from my house than I saw while hunting.
