Strange BAND on Mallard drake, need info/help

While Hunting along Delaware River in Southern NJ , a mallard was taken with a band on its leg. The band says -
BRICKSTONE 5065. No other information. Anyone know how to report one of these type bands.

Sounds like you shot someone's pet. :lol:

Probably a pen raised mallard released for a put and take operation.
