No no no, don't edit that shit. I primarily hunt the Red in the oxbows of pool 5. You'd be surprised how different it looks down here.

In the main river when it rises, but quite a bit of the oxbows stay clear. I meant from a just a river vs all the oxbows and shit standpoint.

I, my friends, am a native Texan and I don't need a bumper sticker to prove it. I lived in California (probably the most diverse and beautiful state in the union) for 50 years. California became fucked up beyond belief so I moved back to Texas. I truly love California but can't do business there and can't stand the restrictive, stupid laws and the people that enforce them and I'm not talking of the police. If I had the money and didn't care about political and social restrictions and could live anywhere, it would be on Marina Blvd across the street from the St Francis Yacht Club in San Francisco, one of the prettiest cities in the world. When I lived in California, I was a Texan living there, not a Californian. California politics are more screwed up that can be imagined. Environmental laws are over the top. Illegal immigrants abound everywhere. Development is so restricted that you go broke waiting for planning commissions to act. I got fed up and said Fuck California and moved home to Texas. Texas is not as pretty but it sure is easier to live life, have fun and hunt and fish here.
