Damn, when I left as a staff from Minot my last W2 was for $24k . AGR/tech doesn't pay by rank. They are on step and wg. The full time crewchiefs and weaps guys here are pulling over 100k a year here.

I will add that i wasn't saying they make 4x your pay as in you specifically. As AD I was always butthurt at the civillians making triple the money for doing the same job.
