Would be funny if all those medals were really his and he's just totally fucked in the head from war and can't remember how to wear his uniform properly.

No way. The strips on his arms denote at least 20 years of service. To anyone in the military that would be the biggest and first give away. That guy looks 25-30.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ― Samuel Adams

A lot of the Army guys here think I am way to young to be an E6 when in actuality I've been in 12 and am way fucking behind.
Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant, "If I live, I will kill you. If I die, you are forgiven." Such is the rule of honor.

The V is only awarded for combat, and there's no war currently taking place in Georgia. It's a pretty big "mistake".

But what about the war on drugs, or the war on terror?
