It's been the problem all along over there and in Afghanistan, we use our troops to train them and our troops do the dirty work. When it's time for them to step up, a large number of them step out and high tail. They are so used to being "ruled" they have an issue with self reliance.

I took his sister to her senior prom. He is the first Commandant to come up through Naval (Marine Corps) Aviation.
