Well I I started with some old mallards
Painted the whole decoy with a white plastic primer
Painted a white base coat
Masked of my grey area
Sprayed my grey and let dry
The peeled off tape and taped of for black
Sprayed my black and let dry
Then peeled and started hand painting the bill, eyes and all the details
And all done
Made some divers

Looks great.
I got 2 doz old flambeaus to do this too, the maybe make some y-boards or sleds.
