Stormy Parker just finished a school and is on her way to Puerto Rico for the next two years as a Machinery Tech E-4 in the USCG. She is on leave until Christmas Eve and is going to duck hunt with her boyfriend Garrett and our crew for a few days.
This morning it was all Red Heads, millions of them, the other birds were few and far between. We called it at 8am with all of our Red Heads and headed for breakfast. The first day of the second part of our season was crowded, seemed like a hunter in every blind and behind every bush. Some friends to the south (about 10 miles) got their Red Heads and their Pintails.

She is from the South.........Lot of southerners have funny names.

Here's one of the many things I have learned from living in both the north and the south:

Up north, if you meet a guy named Larry, or Bobby, or Ray, if you get to know him a little bit you'll find out his name is actually Lawrence, or Robert, or Raymond.

If you meet a guy down south whose name is Larry, or Bobby, or Ray, and you get to know him a little bit you'll learn his name is just Larry, or Bobby, or Ray.
