Ocean State Outfitters

Going to R.I. next week to hunt with OSO for sea ducks and I have a couple of questions. 1. Anyone ever hunted with them before and how was the experience? 2. Weather doesn't look all that great to me; high's in the upper 30's to upper 40's, how does that affect sea ducks? I am guessing not too favorably. 3. What the hell do I do with a bunch of Eiders and Scoters? Jerky? or something else? Merry Christmas fellas...........

I've not tried it, but some guys from Maine who hunted down here with us told me they slice sea duck breasts into strips and marinate them overnight with Dijon mustard in a Z-loc, then deep fry it. Said it's good.
