Temp: 26* early and ended at 40*
Wind: N at 1mph switching to S at 5 mph
Weather: clear Blue skies with fog
LST: 7:18

We left the house at 4:50 and got set and in the layout blinds by 6:18.
This time we were on private land, so we had it all to ourselves.
It was obvious to us that this morning we were going to get action early and and we did had 10 ducks and a couple geese in or right over the decoys with minutes before LST.
The day ended up alright again, we probably saw a hundred and fifty ducks, and a 30 geese.

Started out better this morning with 2 shots and two birds by 7:19, and the day got better as we went on. We intentionally hunt off the "x" at this place to not scare most of the birds and we left early with the same purpose.
Ended with 5 ducks and 2 geese. Same as yesterday. Had maybe 10 missed opportunities and 3 missed shots.
As we were packing up had multiple groups try to land in the decoys one group 25+ strong.

Nice! I love layout hunting for ducks.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ― Samuel Adams
