Got some great speck recipes. One we came up with this weekend.

Cube you some mozzarella cheese. Stick toothpicks in them. Egg wash then coat with your batter of choice. Freeze for about 6 hours

Soak your speck breast in whatever you wish a few days before. Cut up speck in bite size chunks.

Take your frozen cheese and put speck on it and wrap in bacon. Cost again with batter and deep fry

Also bacon wrapper cheese in the sane fashion is amazing.

What's the difference between a blue and an eagle head?
Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant, "If I live, I will kill you. If I die, you are forgiven." Such is the rule of honor.

The color pattern. They are both blues, it's just a sought after pattern for the wall to get one with the "eagle head".
