Took some of the goose breasts over to a butcher friend of mine and we wound up with 25 lbs of jerky.. Its fantastic makes all the cold long mornings worth it ..

Damn that is a lot of jerky. Jerky is one of the best ways to cook ducks and geese.

Canada goose jerky is some of the best there is. I have one left in the freezer to smoke up yet.

90% into jerky.. Wife wanted a few breasts for crock pot meals and some I marinated in italian dressing and grilled..
