Happend to me last year with a pheasant. 2 hours after I shot it, it started flying around the kitchen.

I shot the bill off a hen mallard as it was submarining by my boat. It was dead...
Later shot a drake and when I tossed it in the boat, the hen woke up, waddled to the other end of the boat, jumped in the water, and dove.

Later I heard her quacking. ..finally she flew off. No bill...poor thing will starve to death.
I've heard that it's incredibly stupid to fuck around with a crazy man's head.
