Nice work man. My season feels slower than last year, but log shows otherwise. I think I'm in the same boat you are...Birds are dumber, or I'm getting better.

Goose egg. Did shoot at some geese but they laughed in my face. 2 3/4 shells don't work well on geese.

Goose is closed here in the north zone of Indiana for a few weeks. Because, you know, we don't have enough geese.

And of course since season is closed, I found a spot the size of a football field loaded up with geese the other day. Go figure.

Glad to hear someone is getting into them.

We are hunting a resident section here and its like the birds disappeared. Our middle split and we can't even find where the geese are roosting. The normal roost have 10 to 15 birds on them. I'm hoping it gets better later on, or I need a new hobby.
