Was a year to remember.. I been through the drama that comes with goose hunting and I squashed it and Im a happier person. Season is to short for drama got back to hunting with true friends .. Problly my best year so far.. Next year were going out of state and cover more ground with our hunting.. I maybe only a few years into this waterfowling thing but I can say its the best decission I made. Thanks everyone..

Looks like a great way to finish. Memories I'm sure that young man won't soon forget. Birds or not, good friends make the hunt.

Nice to see someone beating them.

The season finished up here on the 10th. The last week they would not even land with live geese. They just flew around and acted lost. It was a waste of time even going out. The last hunt we got one goose each as we only got two pairs to commit. It seems like that last 9" of snow we got kind of screwed them up. Normally snow makes them easier to hunt, but not this time.

The game starts again in September. :D
