got a hot spot for tomorrow morning provided we don't get too much snow. I have put to bed 5-600 honkers the last two nights in a cut corn field. Going to see what I can do in the a.m.. They are predicting 25-30 mph winds with gusts to 40 mph. That will make the wind duck sing as you can't use motorized decoys here in the great state of Pennsylvania. I'm counting the hours......

Note to self: take your shell decoys when the wind is this hard. The silly's were dancing around and I couldn't get a bird within 80 yards of me today. Everything locked up way out but once they closed, there was just too much movement for em. oh well there's always tomorrow......................Saw 2 mallards way up high on a mission someplace, but that was it. Cold, snow and 30 degrees today, just the way you like it.

Give us the cords of the spot so we can calculate a new spot 60 yards up wind so you can be closer next time.
Shell decoys tip over in heavy winds unless you stake em and for every dozen decoys you got 7 stakes.
