The Southern Illinois "quota zone" for geese ? I remember reading about all the places: Little Egypt, Grass Lake, Rend Lake, Union county and all the hot spots out there? Did any of you guys ever go there, I didn't but always wanted to. Now it is no more and to think that you wont ever have the opportunity to hunt there is sad. I write this because a great corn field for goose hunting, less than 5 minutes from my house is now being converted to a "shrub" farm. Had a lot of great hunts there over the years but I guess everything changes right?
