First Flyers

This morning I saw my first flying honkers since the hatch. Landing in a black field. Most likely eating crickets like they often do this time of year. Hard to believe we are in single digits in regards to days before the season starts. Was in the mid 50s this morning and only supposed to be a high of 62° which gets me excited but I know it’s going to warm up again and these early early season birds are typically pretty fickle and it’s best just to save the money of trying to figure them out. Either way though it’s good to see some birds in the air again!
