Waterfowl Activity: lots of birds flying at LST.

Waterfowl Responsiveness: Birds were very wary. Would not decoy. Were flying high and moving fast. Birds flying low were hauling ass.

Decoys: 21 mixed BET and GWT. Placed in groups of 3-4 spread out over an area.

Kudos: bandit for making several blind retrieves and diving under water and coming up with the teal.
