Rick I can not compete with your pictures but I'll try.
Found the second Arthur Anderson "Riding The Wind" and another by Johnny Lyrd? Titled "Snowbound".
How can my parents leave stuff like that in an abandoned house for 20+ years?

They're both numbered and my A. Andersons are both from the same series of 5000.
I REALLY like that Snowbound one.
You'd never believe all the stuff in that old house. It's creepy like a time machine. Stuff has not moved since I was in high school.
It's depressing but every so often I find some gold.

It's interesting how the dark background makes it look like it's about to storm and the light background doesn't.

Have decided that the A. Anderson on the wall is going on the wall of Adam Tudor's duck club. They have a key hidden and showed me where it is. I can go there pretty much anytime I want. They deserve the picture for treating me so nice.

Oops. Tried editing. Johnny Lynch is the artist of Snowbound.

Nice finds, AB. They'd be black with mildew if abandoned in a house without climate control down here.

I've plenty of opportunity, just too lazy to pick many of them.

Camp has good ones and I've a fellow in town I'm inclined to use for specks, but I'm way too cheap to pay someone to pluck teal.

Yea I thought the ones at camp would pick them for you.

I pick all my birds, can't see paying anyone either, but there is a place a few miles from our farm. A couple black guys run it, they are really nice and do a great job. My fridges have used them before.

I'll keep mine on ice if I'm hunting a few days in a row, and then pick them all in one sitting at the house.

I've one left that I probably won't roast until just before the big season. Could be my last for a while, too.

Finally made it to our marsh yesterday, and will file the official report when set up for a 2017 preseason thread. But a preview might be that I'm heading back now to see about saving the boathouse roof...

Sigh...will pluck and gut out ducks and geese to where they look store bought IF YOU TAKE ME HUNTING!
You can't afford me most likely but I had to throw that out there.

Could have been much worse: put a brace under a badly sagging support beam splice that was giving way before it did. That, and rehung some tin siding that had blown out of the wall in front of my boat's stall. (Side wall's been gone some years now, but I actually find that handy.)

If it was mine to give, it would be "Party at my blind." But I'm strictly labor.

Me too. No real privileges except come and go as I please at Knobel, Arkansas near Dave Donaldson WMA. They have a nice little metal house there that nobody uses during the week. I'm like the security guard and do any repairs that happen during the weekends. Too ez. Heck I bet they'd let me use the boats in the shed but I have my own boat.
