how much did u open up the trigger port, and what did u open up the mag well with ?

I did all of my "mill work" with my die grinder and 1/4" carbide de-burr bit and a 1/2" x 1" rotary file.

It's a plastic lower. The only thing I had to mill out was the area for the trigger housing, and I used the same thing 3Leg did.

Oh, and the difficult parts like mag well, buffer tube threads, and mag release are already done.

I did use a flat file to open up the mag well a little so the Mag would slide easy.

yea i looked at them well ,i was just looking at how tight mag well is, watched a lot of vid,s on the net and the mag was sead to be tight on most. i sent for 4 ,want to setup 2 in 5.56 and one in .22 with a conv-kit.

The mag well was tight, but between the filing and just putting a mag in and taking it out for a while while sitting watching TV. Loosened right up.
