Serious question...for those of you that carry concealed, do you get upset at places of business that prohibit concealed carry, and vow to never shop/do business with that place?

I don't conceal carry because I'm not old enough yet...But I will soon as I can.
You wouldn't catch me dead in a place that openly prohibits it.

I haven't run into that problem in any regular business, only the usual no carry places. My bank does not have it posted however, they do have a sign on the door stating "please remove sunglasses before entering the branch".

Haha I chuckled.

But seriously, no. Don't care. It's their choice as free enterprise to do it or not. Yeah yeah yeah I know it's in the constitution....

But no I don't care. If they have a good or service I can't get elsewhere for better i don't even think twice about patronizing them.

I would be more receptive to their "right" to do that as a private enterprise, if the anti-gun folks would equally support my "right" to say "no gays in my store", or something like that.

I do not in fact. I respect their right to prohibit me carrying a gun on their private property a whole hell of a lot...

I just don't give them my business.

Better try next time at trolling Olé boy.

Sent from my phone.

I'm thinking the same as you and agree. Know what I mean?

I carry regardless of their request. The fuck are they gonna do - frisk me? If you're doing it right, they'll never know anyway.

* disclaimer *

I don't have a permit. I'll never get a permit. I carry where I want. I guess I take the whole "shall not be infringed" thing literally.

When you look at where these mass public shootings have taken place recently, most all in were places where cc would have been illegal,l even with a permit. Fuck that. I'll be damned if I'm gonna be unarmed when shtf.

Dan's right. And if they do catch ya with it. Claim ignorance. "I didn't see the sign." The worst that'll happen is they ask you to leave

Yes.

I will never get angry at a company that does not allow firearms on to their private property. I will also never do business there if I can help and most of the time I can help it.

Last time it came up he said that there are at least four loaded guns in the church every week. Not all his but others with CHLs. My grandpa just got his so there may be five but who knows.

An armed society is a polite society.

I lean more towards open carry. But my life and situation are different than most.

When I was doing cowboy mounted shooting, I had a pair of them. They were just begging to be cracked across somebody's head. That's just the way they felt.

There is a second generation nib at the gun shop in town that I want bad. Only thing holding me back is that it cost $1400.

Piss on those signs. I carry where I want and when I want and go where I want. Except if it's going to get me a federal charge, I'm packing. Bars, church, where ever. Concealed means unseen and if you see my gun, there's gonna be a muzzle flash shortly thereafter. At that point, it's life and death and I could care less. It's cliche, but I'd rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6.
