Turkish made. Girsan. Been far better than expected. Bought for a project gun but the more I shoot it the more I think I may keep it as is besides the grips. 525 with ffl fee from buds including shipping

30+ year old Sig P6...

Sent it to Robar a couple years ago as the slide was looking pretty worn. Had the slide done in Roguard black and the controls done in NP3 - wears like iron.

I have three favorites:

Colt 1911 (U.S. Government) with elephant ivory grips that still shoots great.

HK P7 9mm squeeze cock (makes you a better shot than you really are)

Sig P6 9mm easy and fun to shoot

I have an old WWII era 1911. I wish I knew the exact history behind my pistol.

A strap for stabilizing helps, easy concealment, they make an adaptor for a mount for bayonet or laser that fits very snugly.
Not going to wally world with this, though. One of my favorite pistols. Convert to a SBR with just a stock: all NFA rules would apply.

I'm beginning to think the Sig P320 may be a hard gun to put down...

Have a Glock 26 I was trying to get used to. Shoots the same round as the G17. All the stations were being used, so I sat down on my ammo box down at the end where they allow people to shoot. When the range went cold and nobody was leaving, I stuck a pencil in the ground at about 15' and returned to my ammo can. When the range went hot, I braced my elbows on my knees, turned a bit, and decided to just aim at the center of the pencil. Looked pretty good, so decided to fire a round if everything was sitting perfect and holding. The gun fired, and I had cut that pencil perfectly in half. I was somewhat surprised. Must have been firing it too quickly before. Carrying a G17 with a BUG G26 makes sense to me. I have a Midway bag to carry hicap magazines, and the G26 handles them well, too. Carry a lot of mags.

Of course, the G17 has night sights, Streamlight with lazer, light, pulse, or steady lit...and a magwell. Put a longer mag release on it to fit my hands; just had to cut a small place off the holster. Only carry those in bad places and times.

One of my favorite handguns is a S&W Model 14-3 in .38 S&W special. Like the six inch barrel. I like the consistency of those guns. Carry one to the range with 148 grain semi wadcutters and cut a hole in your target. It has dispatched pigs, hogs, gators, and quite a few 10s. I also like the S&W 25-2 using Auto Rim .45s. Some like the clips. I'll continue later. Enjoy what you feel comfortable with shooting. Maybe I just like guns.
