Concealed carry.

Concealed carry.

Postby Olly » Thu Jun 07, 2012 7:44 pm

Anyone here conceal? Almost everyday I carry a Glock 17 in a crossbreed style holster. Next time I'm home in GA I plan on buying a Glock 26 to replace the 17 as my EDC.

If my camera wasn't busted on the phone I would post a pic of the knock off CrossBreed I use. Found it on eBay for $20 shipped. It works great.

I love my Minotaur. Main reason I chose it over the crossbreed is I didn't like the big metal belt clips on crossbreed. Minotaur has plastic clips that can match the color of your belt better and even has ones that hook under for deep concealment. Olly look at a 27 before you buy the 26. The recoil isn't as bad as you would think if you are interested in a .40 gun.

It was controllable enough to accomplish this for my conceal shooting test. I am by no means an expert or seasoned pistol shooter either. Perfect score....

Same thing with me, I can't carry on base. Last year I even got a talking to because I forgot my shotgun in the back seat of my truck and someone saw it.

Is that a regulation there or mandated by the hospital? As long as the hospital is under penal code 30.06 here your good. Really need to study up on other states more.

That seems easy enough. Here no school or school sanctioned events, government office, court house, post office. As well as registered 30.06 businesses and places that make over 51% of its sales off alcohol. Must be posted with a 51% sign.

Forgot to add you can't go around a polling place on a day of elections. You also cannot go within 1,000 feet of a prison on a day when an execution is being carried out. Don't know who thought up those.

21 still. But you can legally own a hand gun and open carry at 18. You can also open and conceal carry IN your vehicle at 18. I tote my 9mm around quite a bit. Just leave it in the truck. I've still got less than 4 months to go before I can CC.
