Posted: Fri Jan 31, 2014 11:04 pmAs far as I'm concerned, it's under my uncles name, so technically he owns it. I bought it from him about a year ago. I got it out today and shot it. Fun little gun, the old Model 36 is. It's a less common model because it has a 3" barrel over the standard 2". I just wish it was a three screw but who cares.

I use the .44 caliber brass and crimp/smash it down in a vise until I get it to fit. You will get much more accuracy and should get back to 140 where you should be.

Reggie is good with the arm extended pistol sideways shooting while running but not very good at competition skills. I taught him and his Dad just about everything they know.

It shoots wild at 15 feet but gets accurate at 390 feet?

Smith's are just sweet shooting. Colt's are really accurate to, but god damn do I hate having to "pull back" to pop out the cylinder!
