Went 2 for 3 last night on kings.
Sorry about the poor quality picture. Did better than a number of people. Heard one say he was 1 for 7, ouch!

Grilled, fried, baked, smoked, boiled. Salmon patties are always good. I like them blackened too (not the black ones in the river).
I always trim the dark meat off before I cook it too. Good fish shouldn't taste like fish.

My brother likes to BBQ it on a water soaked cedar plank. I prefer to season with whatever I'm in the mood for (usually just Jonny's seasoning salt and a little black pepper), lay a strip of bacon on top with a slice or two of lemon, and wrap in tin foil, then cook on the BBQ.

I use the Italian Herb and Garlic seasoning from the same people that make the Montreal steak seasoning. Delicious on salmon.

Forgot to add: throw the bacon away after cooking the salmon. Its comes out all chewy and gross, but flavors up the salmon well. :thumbsup:
