If I had my choice of salmon fishing with jgun or jehler........ I bet jehler could entertain with some good stories, but jgun puts the fish in the cooler.

Talked to a buddy who was fishing out of Pentwater and he said he thought a guy could pick up a limit trolling a set of car keys...bites pretty aggressive right now.

Nice box of fish!

Went to the river with some crawlers and decided to see how many species I could catch. Here's the list for today:
Chinook salmon
Steelhead
Largemouth bass
Smallmouth bass
Bluegill
Sunfish
Perch
Rock bass
Sucker
Goby
Creek chub
Brook trout

Not a bad day. Time to take a break.

Thanks, I don't think I'll ever beat that one and the funny part is took about 20 minutes to bring in on 15 pound test mono. He fought like a sissy ushilly you have to drop anchor and chase them down river.

My biggest king was 36.5, took less than 10 minutes to get him in the net. Fought like a limp-wristed fairy.

After re-reading this I feel I should clarify -- the salmon fought like a limp wristed fairy, not me. Ha
