Floating duck decoys

What brands do you guys prefer?

G&H is my favorite. I don't think there is a better economy decoy on the market.

Dakota is good too but if you want something other than mallards Dakota doesn't have it.

Whatever I can find cheap. Right now I have 1 doz hot buys, 1 doz storm fronts, and a litle over a doz hand me down flambeaus from my dad for mallards.

I did get GHG pro grade woodies, and they look REALLY good. The swivel head likes to sit on it's side if there's a wind though.

Storm fronts have held up very well for me. Amazingly well considering the price.

I have 4 doz floaters

Here's the list:

GHG Pro-Grade Green Wing Teal-6/$30
GHG Pro-Grade Gadwalls-6/$35
FA cheapest mallards, "hot buys" really-12/$35
Tangle Free Buck Gardner Mallards-12/$35
GHG Life Size Pintails-12/$75.

And I think that is enough decoys for one guy to be lugging around in the marsh. But it makes it easier with a magnum game cart.

Just sold the last of my storm fronts yesterday. Hunted over them for 4 years HARD and sold them for $150 for 5 dozen and the guy was happy with them. Can't complain about that. The paint scheme on them is a little crappy on the mallards, all the teal and wood ducks from them look 100x better. Our spread this year will consist of 2 dozen Dakota Mallards, 1 dozen Dakota Pintails, 1 1/2 dozen Blue Collar repainted Flambeaus and the half dozen GHG puddler pack. Starting next year, I will begin pulling all our old Flambeaus and start getting them repainted as well.

All of my mallard dekes are the tangle free buck Gardner edition dekes. $35 for a dozen and not a single paint chipping issue.

Not bad dekes for the price, but is it just me or do the hens look retarded?
