I use the Mid West PVC decoy gloves at Mack's PW. They stay pretty flexible and warm while putting out decoys. Once I'm done I take them off and either go with nothing or if it's to cold I use a hand warmer muff with some disposable hand warmers inside.
The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary.
