Anyone have any suggestions on a color or brand of spray paint to redo some hen mallards? I've got probably 100 plus that are faded and in need of new color for this season. I've touched up some in the past and have had a hard time finding a decent match.

If you're looking for quick and easy, you can try this. I tried it with the Rustoleum flat camo colors with decent results. Not sure which orange will be right for the bill though...

I learned not to put too much paint on your hand. Too much paint will drip into the recessed part of the feather. Less paint, and more strokes (TWSS) does a better job.

Yeah me too. I've used acetone before to remove old paint. Just don't soak the shit out of the decoy.

We did a coat of dark brown then did the glove deal with a light tan. I think it turned out good.
