Blind Bag made by Allen?

Postby kalmic » Wed Nov 20, 2013 10:26 am

Has anyone ever owned a blind bag by Allen? Trying to get some info on its durability and opinions on it's organization. Thanks in advance.

Here is a link at the bag I am looking at:

Got one for Christmas last year. Never used until early goose in Sept. After one weekend this is what happened.

Alright know I am torn between Drake's Floating Blind Bag, Drakes Floating Blind Bag with Swamp Sole and Cabelas Northern Flight Ultimate blind bag. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the inputs so far!

I've had bad luck with drakes durability in clothing and good luck with cabelas, so I went with cabelas. I've had it some years now with lots of use. As far as intact it's basically new, just needs a good cleaning.

I've got the cabelas bag with the hard plastic bottom - no complaints so far. Zippers and buckles seem good and no issues with any of the stitching.
I'd recommend.

Hope they work out for you. Blind bags are always hit or miss with me.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ― Samuel Adams
