There is a Gander Mountain here. They chose to locate in the old circuit city building which I think is cursed. It's been so many different things I can't remember em all.
After about the third visit to the Gander Muntain store I can't afford to shop at I quit trying.
If you want a beretta OMG they have like a hundred of them lined up on a wall.
They'd advertise things they did not have or even stock then look at me goofy when I showed up asking and pointing at the ad in my phone. Tried buying a hunting license and their machine was broke or some sort of nonsense.
Not going to miss them or the other huge Dicks that got built where it should not be.
I've heard that it's incredibly stupid to fuck around with a crazy man's head.

They built one about a mile from my house. When they first opened, it was great. It had most of the hunting stuff I needed, but then they became more of an "outdoor" store with more clothes and less of the things I needed. Archery tags and my federal duck stamp got to be about the only thing I would buy there.

The one in Marquette Mi folded after a couple of years.
