Since I am not a sheet metal worker or have I put an aluminum Deck in a boat. What thickness do I need for the aluminum? It will be one piece 4' x 93".

For sealing my new riveted boat. Anyone have a preference on 5200 vs using Gluvit?

.100 or .125 should be good.

Probably cheaper to go with.100 and throw an extra brace under there. I've never worked with aluminum before, but that is a pretty standard way to save some money on most things.

When I bought my boat i think .100 was standard hull thickness and .125 was the extra charge upgrade.
