How do I fix this?

I can't even find the name of this part,
It's a rubber bushing where the engine mounts to the frame, one on each side below the power head, both are torn. It looks like the engine was rear ended or backed into something before I bought it. So I've been running this engine pretty much on the edge of falling off my boat. Anybody know what the name of this part is? I'd call it a "mount bushing" if I had to make up a name.

It's a 1999 mercury 15 hp 4 stroke.
Serial number is OGB20630
Now I can't tell if those are zeros or Os so you may have to try different combinations of them.

I'll buy it for $150, which would put you $350 ahead since you didn't have to buy those bushings.

Just redneck fix it. Maybe tie a cable to something in your boat and something to the motor. As a "just in case" kinda deal.
