If my boat was rated for 25 I'd be tearing up the road to get to this motor.

Wouldn't mind it myself; used to run a Yammy 25 but was a C-series without the oil injection. Just can't find 'em like this one any more, wish I had a hull for it.

ME2

If that sucker was in Arkansas it'd be goned already. No doubt about it.
If I hadn't gone an fucked around and got myself banned from facebook...there's a group called "High-Performance Tillers OUTLAW OOSERS". Those guys are crazy about them Yammie 25's.You can put 40-horse parts on them and make em scoot like a sum bitch.

20. I could probably get away with running it but that pesky ole gw.
The boat's at Silver's Machine Shop getting them little transom cracks welded.

Hoping the rain brought it up some but I bet it's still 2' low.
You got an opening day plan yet?

I'll probably park it on the shady south side up there somewhere you know where.

If RMFC would get here and buy my diesel I'd spend the cash on another old hull.
There's a couple for sale on CL but they're 14-footers. One has an ugly ass blind on it.
I'm kinda spoiled on the 16-40.
It hides easy enough. The 15-Johnson makes it go 22 with just me, dog, decoys, and blind in it. Being hobbit-size helps.
Going much faster gets way more dangerous imo especially inda woods.

Wait til you figure out how it takes 7 months to get a boat title.
Took them that long or a bit more when I got the 16 off my dad.

The state office staff for the boat transfers is 4 ppl. They don't even do it there.
(they actually send the paperwork to Tennessee to get done)

Can you use it while waiting for the title?

Yes for six months in Illinois. However you're basically carrying an application for tags which another state might not accept. For me that mattered.
Had to run the boat with expired tags (stickers) in Arkansas for a month. Something like that.
