It's a buck, too. Does don't normally ever stand with their elbows tucked that far back and under.

This is actually true here in MD. There are only two types of deer- antlered and antlerless

Isn't that how it is anywhere?
Any deer with antlers less that 3 inches are considered antlerless.

I need to go look it up. In case you haven't noticed, I don;t pay a whole lot of attention to regs, and am now a little curious.

See that? Already learned something new:

Deer harvested with a bow during the first-split either-sex early Muzzleloader or late Muzzleloader Season must count towards the Muzzleloader Season bag limit. Hunters must have a Muzzleloader Stamp to hunt deer with a bow during the first-split either-sex early Muzzleloader or late Muzzleloader Season. Deer harvested with a bow during the 2-week Firearms or 2-day late Firearms Season must count towards the firearms bag limit.

Hell, I can't even find it. Sika deer require "one antler to be visible above the hairline to be considered an antlered deer", but nothing about whitetails. I'll go back to my ignorance, which truly is bliss.

Here if it's broken the skin it requires an antler tag. If hasn't broken the skin, antlerless.

Which is pretty silly, anyway. If it's got balls, it should be tagged as a buck.

Once again, what fucking sense do those regs make? Unless you have to muzzle load your badas bomb arrow I suppose.
