Very similar pattern, but about half as much snow as best I can tell.

Absolutely true; when I'd model the temp anomalies/departure from average, when it would plunge down and get cold here this season, it was already above normal on the north end, the usual for those northwest fronts. There were scant few polar plunges that locked up the flyway all at once and for any amount of time.

3 blinds hunted this morning, 1 - blind with 3 hunters killed 1 Gadwall, second blind with 3 hunters killed 3 ducks (don't know what species), third blind with 2 hunters - scratch.

This is typical for the end of the season at our lease, but we had to give up a weekend in early January so we could hunt until the end of January

Would have much preferred the one weekend we didn't get to hunt and close last weekend,
