Building a shooting bench-

Building a shooting bench-

Postby Tomkat » Sun Mar 24, 2013 3:58 pm

I am posting this link so that 3leggedlab and others can have an easy reference, with pictues, on how I built my shooting bench.

http://www.ksducks.com/forum/index.php?topic=156.0

Tripod if you know you are going to do this, let me know and I will try to dig up the dimensions for you. This thing works like a champ.

NO. IN fact, I had a hard time getting my legs to get planted as its a pretty rocky place where I put it. If you REALLY want good groups, ya gotta have a steady rest.

The ultimate is, ofcourse, concrete benches. I get along with this one just fine.

Tom - I emailed him the link for your bench and he called me saying that looked exactly like what he wants. Did you find the dimensions for that online somewhere? If you can find the specs, when you have time of course, he said he wants to build one like it.
Thanks for the help.

Damn nice work. Looks just like mine. You are going to like it.

When Doc or other homo lefties show up, that other seat is a good thing to have.

Its not at the range yet, range owner is in charge of timing.
